
I’m an integrative psychotherapist, here to support your mental health in a flexible and modern way. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, but what matters most is that you feel seen, heard, and understood for who you really are.
I believe self-compassion, vulnerability, and embracing our imperfections are key to living a freer, more authentic life. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and empathic — often with a healthy dose of humour.

I strive to offer the kind of therapy I want in my life: flexible and personalised. Sessions can be held in person or online, or a mixture of the two, at a frequency that works for you.
